Anyone heard of it before? Basically it creates a theme for your desktop and it looks very, very nice. The problem: I can't find a place to download it! Help! Is there an alternative program which is better (I doubt it)?

Patch your uxtheme.dll and go to http://www.themexp.org/
Uses no more resources than the default Luna theme unlike Blinds. Personally, I prefer the simple classic view.

All stylexp does is patch your uxtheme.dll. I just patched it manually and had some nice themes. That's before I rediscovered the wonderful world of classic grey windows.
