ginger ale is supposedly coke + 7up. i just don't think that's right. where's the ginger?

umm...no, that combo doesn't work. but i don't believe they've used ginger in ginger ale for a looooong time. not even ginger extract or artificial ginger flavor.

Lemon grass, grapefruit, and lemons -- I call it, the X-P face maker.

Dry ginger ale is fairly bland but golden ginger ale should have more of the good flavor. I think Vernor's is one of the few golden ginger ale brands to have North American distribution. Thank Prohibition for killing off "real" ginger ale.

How about flat drinks.. anyone not like carbonated drinks? Like I usually go for non-carbonated, well better make that always.. And if its carbonated but still like the flavor, I like shake it in the bottle until the bubbles are all gone and then drink it. Its more full in taste that way, those bubbles kind of get in the way. For me anyway.

I feel like I'm at home on the couch at 4am watching ronco commercials.

my friend shakes the bubbles out out of his sprite when we're at the cafeteria. but he just does that so the cashier thinks its water and doesnt charge him

Too much work. It's more efficient to just go out and buy soda...
