Oh yeah. And because I got in that accident like a week and a half ago and wrecked my car, this time it was my sister's car. :unsure:

This fucker hit me and is saying it's MY fault. FUCKER FUCKER FUCKER!!! MUST KILL.... But yeah, he won't pay for damages. Think I should get some legal advice?

If you feel you're in the right, take him to court. Then again, I'm not a lawyer. Consultation is usually free, from my experience, so sure why not?

Well technically, I could get him for hit and run. Since after the incident, we didn't exchange insurance information.
