If you mean websites that lets you easily build websites, I found Moonfruit.com easy to use. I have no idea whether it is competitively priced though ....

Although, I looked at the samples and I'm not too kean on that giffy-like navigation buttons. :rolleyes:

Yeah, you can't really resize them much, and the scroll button can get tiny.
