this topics been covered b4 for s13 swaps but since i did that swap i'll repeat it
Whats required for s14 engine into s14 chassis
Front Clip what to take off
- u need alota lil stuff from the clip the Full uncut S14 main wiring harness harness
- stock intercooler piping and Recirculating valve (bypass valve stock)
- The ignitor chip and 4 ignition coil packs
- Engine and and exhuast manifold and turbocharger
- AC compressor if u want AC (phase2motorrend.com has AC working on a s14)
- Digital AC controller and large harness w/ 6 sensors if u'd like to attept to use silvia digi ac.
- Sr radiator and fan shroud if u'd wanna retain them
- ECU
- MAF and stock airbox/ intake
- misc piping for Recirculating valve
- JDM under car catalyst if u care to have a converter.
- trans and retain ur KA speed sensor off the KA harness.
Things u need to add extra beside
- new fuel pump: walboro/ 300zx twin turbo/ Skyline GTR/ Denso-supra OEM units all work
- new spark plugs goto nissan dealer ask for Spark plugs for a 300zx TT
- Oil filter for 94-98 B14 sentra/ P11 G20
- Fuel Filter For 300zx
- New clutch most likely buy spare flywheel or resurface the clips unit. ACT, SPEC, HKS, blitz, OS giken lotsa choices.
- misclenious fluids
- 3.5 quarts of mobile break in oil then 3.5 quarts of synthetic to use lafter a 400-1000 mile break in.
Optional stuff (if broken/ or u'd want it)
- T25 turbo gasket off 300zx u can get a metal one from HKS for 25$
- Exhaust manifold paper maingasket - replace w/ s15 silvia 5 layer metal unit (www.jspec.com), or use another stock paper one
- Downpipe - Mild steel units from greddy and hks are bout 120$ and stainless blitz is bout 160$
- Blow off valve kit
- Front Mount intercooler kit (requires battery relocation/ miniturization and at times loosing front bumper support)
- 370cc Sr20det injectors if damaged (s13/s14)
- new turbocharger if damaged
- new oil pan if damaged
good place to obtain clips is www.phase2motortrend.com they have 1 s14 clip coming/ in stock if i remember, www.cartunemotoersports.com sumtimes gets s14 clips, as does marco vargas at www.sr20store.com.
