any recommandations?

I heard kaaza is bad with tons of spywares...etc. went to download.com and almost every program there has some pretty bad reviews like spyware and other crap.

i use bit torrent. it's different than the other p2p software out there.

you install, then go to places like suprnova.org and look for just about anything. click on a link to dl, and it downloads peer to peer.

unlike kazaa, it has no pop-up ads and is spyware-free. the newest version, v. 155 (http://www.slsknet.org/slsk155.exe) has a user list, room (chatroom) lists, file sharing configuration and wishlist (for requesting rare files - they pop up randomly if found), plus a couple of other great tid-bits ;D

well, you always get kazaa lite. it's kazaa without the crap. the stuff on the network however is another matter. i actually use a combination: kazaa lite, shareazaa, eMule, winmx, and dc++. waiting for something that'll combine two or of these...

if you're a bit torrentor I'd say a good alternative to the now defunct suprnova is thepiratebay.org

torrentreactor.net is alright but has a limit on how many simultaneous you can do

it's not on download.comou can get it off of emule, winmx, or shareazaa. just virus scan it before you open up the zip/exe file
