How do people lose fat on their cheeks (face cheeks, not butt cheeks). I mean seriously, do they do mouth crunches or something? Anyone have the johnnies on this one?

Don't eat. Some people just have chubby faces, man. Have you ever seen a girl that's stick thin, but her face is somewhat on the round side? When you lose weight, your face may lose also, but it's not always the case.

I've heard that chewing gum is supposed to tone. But I was a gum-oholic for years and I don't think it did anything. *shrug*

Ha. That's me.

Not the stick part, but thoughout my life, regardless of my weight, I've usually stayed cheeky.

Some people have told me they were shocked when they first saw my stomach. Cuz it didn't (doesn't?) match my cheeks.

Did you beat them senseless for that comment? Because if you didn't, it was a wasted opportunity.

So basically the only way to make your cheeks smaller is to have the fat sucked out?

I don't think it's offensive.

It's kinda true.

Well, there's no such thing as spot reduction (losing fat from a certain place by working that place out) short of liposuction. All you can do is lose overall body fat and hope that your trouble spots will go away (they'll probably be the last ones since they are trouble spots).

If you're born with those chipmunk cheeks, start hording acorns, it's gonna be a cold winter.

Lol, yeah. My friend Kaoru and I had a talk about this. I'm sure some of you LA YW'ers remember her from that one performance @ Good Hurt on Venice. Nice bod, still has 'baby fat' on her face cheeks. Tho I don't think she minds as it has a sort of cute factor to it. I also have 'baby fat' to a certain extent.

I've never had that. I've known lots of people and friends who did. And I always wondered what it would feel like:P :)

I don't eat as much as I used to so my cheeks have shrunk, which is good since they're high:(

My problem is just the opposite. I wouldn't mind a little baby fat in the dimple area.

Im getting some chubby cheeks because ive gained a ton of weight. My face is one of the last places to deposit fat and one of the last places that disposes fat when I lose weight. Its werid.
