Is it normal to feel like you could go into hibernation after eating a small meal? I just had a cup of macaroni and cheese and a can of soda, i feel like unbelievably groggy and tired.

I get tired all the time after eating. That's why I always have someone carry me out after a buffet because I'll be knocked out.

Sure, friends don't let friends drink and drive. But real friends don't let friends hit a buffet straight up and drive.

i'm pretty much sleepy all the time, unless i'm doing something i'm addicted to doing, like playing a favourite video/computer game or something like that. i've fell asleep so much at work, and in the middle of writing a program.

its normal...I think. i woke up this morning to get my lil bro ready for school and ate all of the food he left over. egss and bacon. after i went straight to sleep. woke up again. took my sister to school, got back home, ate a donut and went to sleep. hahah. basically my routine for the last few years in the morning. thank god for the high metabolism he gave me.
food is good. buddha probably does the same thing :biggrin:

that's why they recommend taking a walk 1/2 hour after a meal. just remember to wake up and take it.

They used to say I had narcolepsy in my biology class during high school.
It was right after lunch and my desk was next to the window with the sun..
It was nice and warm...
I would conk out no matter how hard i tried to stay up.
My teacher would always try and find creative ways of waking me up. =/
