Across all platforms, what games are you looking forward to in the upcoming few months? PC? PS2? XBOX? GameCube?

GameCube, I'm looking forward to Robotech Battlecry (October 8th), Time Splitters 2 (October 15th) and Metroid Prime (November).

PS2, I'm curious about the follow up to one of my favorite 3DO games of all time--Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 (October 1st) and, of course, GTA Vice City (October 29th)...

PC? I need to get me a new friggin' computer before I can even start looking at PC games...=P

Whoa you play EQ? My bro is an addict. Level 60 in a guild as he puts it ooobah l33tz, they're doing some place called Vex Thal now. He's hardcore, plays like right after he comes home from work till like 1 am in the morning and all day on weekends. I just cheer him on, since the highest lvl I hit was 15 <_<

He's waiting for the Planes of Power expansion and then EQ2.

I get hooked into games fast and will play for hours on end, then suddenly lose interest. I went from Ultima Online, to Everquest, to Asheron's Call, to Anarchy Online, to Dark Age of Camelot... never too far in any of those games. I guess I played the most on Asheron's Call.

heh, I still remember when I quit the game I sold virtual items to other players for real money. I made enough to pay for my habit ;)

Yes, I've heard that EQ can yield you some serious cash. My brother's friend made like $10,000 in college. That is a lot of money for an undergrad!

It's out already? And to think I'm nowhere near finishing Mario Sunshine. Oh well. My attention span for games just isn't what it used to be. (probably 'cause I can afford to buy new games whenever one's not too terribly engaging...bad!)

It's out, but as expected, the game play is a tad difficult to get used to (switching from guardian to fighter to plane or whatever can be a little taxing until you get used to it). But it's worth it, trust me:)

this game rocks... I just finished off wonderland and am trying to get past the coliseum right now...

i think tarzan land is easier to do b4 the collesium the big cerbus is mega hard for low level characters.

On PS2 (which I still don't have, I'm living in the Stone Age with my PSone sitting in my room collecting dust) I want:

Midnight Club 2 (this one looks really awesome!)
Auto Modellista (new racer from Capcom, looks cartoonish, but whatever)
Need For Speed (whatever the new one's called, I've been a faithful follower of the NFS series since the very first one on PSone)


As you can see, I'm a big racing game fan. That's definitely my favorite genre.
