because I'm desperate for music.

use kazaalite for Fast track accelerator and trimmed out spyware stuff...
They still have some ads, but nothing that ad-blocker can't handle.
I think it's www.kazaalite.com

I used to use Morpheus (Kazaa), but I switched over to Limewire when I used a Mac. I'm back on a PC and I'm wondering if I should switch back to Kazaa. Anything sugestions?

I didn't know that every time I download music from Kazaa, I'm being spied on. ;)
Wellz, I can't live another day without music. So i guess I have to live with it. The other programs just aren't good as Kazaa though.

kazaa sucks ass. so slow and unreliable. nothing compares to the golden age of napster and audiogalaxy. limewire kind of sucks cuz i can't find the obscure stuff. soul seek (which is now defunct) was alright for obscure stuff. but nowadays, i dunno. i actually had to buy music involuntarily <_<

I am 100% for WinMX (http://www.winmx.com), for MP3s and Direct Connect (http://www.neo-modus.com/), for everything else. WARNING: Direct Connect is created of private servers called HUBS and to make sure they keep leechers out, you must share so much data. Usually about 15/20GB will get you in most HUBs but some require up to 50GB. And you can not share installed files or windows directories. But Direct Connect is the best P2P program, I have ever had. I have gotten all my leaked demos and such from here. And watch what you share.
So Happy File sharing ^-^.
Kazaalite is the way to go. It (or the FastTrack network) has the largest userbase which helps with non-mainstream stuff and redundancy.
Not P2P, but another option is Usenet newsgroups. The alt.binaries.mp3.* hierarchy has gigs of stuff flowing through it daily. The only problem is it's not on-demand, and you take what comes. The good thing is it's as anonymous as your news service and you can request stuff. Pre-releases flow by months ahead of time, and groups are categorized. You might have to spring for a subscription if your ISP does not have Usenet or if their retention/completion sucks. I use Giganews and get 6gb/month for $12. Others are Easynews and Supernews.
Usenet + FastTrack gets me pretty much anything I want.

use Kazaa Lite instead of kazaa media desktop with spyware which slows down your computer.
First Step. DOwnload adaware to remove programs that may be slowing down your comp
Second Step. You can get Kazaa lite off my website here: Http://www.pointblankdev.com/files/kazaalite.exe (http://Http://www.pointblankdev.com/files/kazaalite.exe)
Third Step: Uninstall Kazaa(you won't lose your mp3 files)
Fourth STep: Install kazaa lite
What kazaa lite is:
a hacked version of kazaa without the stuff that slows down your computer and without the ads.
if you get a notice to "upgrade" do not follow it.
