i think the hurricane paths may be fake. i paid very close attention to where ivan was heading and where it was coming from. and that is NOT the path ivan took. ivan crossed first onto alabama territory not florida territory. in fact i'm pretty sure it didn't cross into florida at all. obviously the effects hit florida hard, but the path was not thru florida.

I don't think about Florida outside of the context of elections. It's bad for them, the hurricanes that is but it doesn't effect me........

: ) it was a projected path. it didn't really hit, but the other two are for reals, (i think).

Fantastick!!!!

It's true, it went right into Gulf Breeze/Pensacola, Florida, not Louisiana or Alabama. The blues rule!

They're saying the hurricane will discourage the people in the red counties from voting too. Yessss!!!

Hurricanes Karl and Lisa are coming now and some relatives had to evacuate Volusia county again.

Glad to see the principle of one head, one vote holds so much weight over there.

no the eye didn't go to pensacola. but ... nvm.it hit gulf shores, alabama just southeast of pensacola. i heard pensacola was destroyed. i have friends whose families are from there. but pensacola was punished because that anti-abortionist killed a doctor there in the 90s and because it's in the almanac as having the most churches per capita and the highest rate of incest (coincidence? i think not).
