it depends on whether or not your host allows subdomains.

Ok, well provided that it does... how would I go about doing this?

you need to logged into your account where you can do all your main change and set up a new account for her. It could be hername.crooked-halo.org or www.crooked-halo.org/~her name depends how your host is like.

it all depends on the admin interface that the host gives you.

Okay, and then how do I figure out what her FTP information is? Would it be the same as mine?

you create it for her she will need her own log in (which is her name) and her password. and that will be the thing that will FTP to her own stuff.

What kind of control panel are you using? Ensim or C-Panel?

the host could have custom-designed one. or it might not even be web-based. i think the interfaces you are thinking of are for forums or databases on your account? i think her case is just the interface for her to administrate her site, which may or may not be database enabled or have a forum.

Ahhh, good point. But Ensim and C-panel are actually (supposedly) the most popular site management control panels.
So basically angel, you should either be able to tweak what you want on your own, or you can just ask your host, they should be able to set you up, no problem.
Who is your host, btw...?

Cool. I'll just log into the admin thing and see what I can figure out on my own.
I'm hosted by Webmanix. They're not so hot with customer service, but they're cheap as hell.
