I was wondering if anyone knew of an equilvilant to Monterey Park or another Chinese suburb in Sac where I could find supermarkets, video stores, etc?

There's this whole area around a Wing Wa market and another store that is absolutely huge. The name escapes me now... It's quite diluted with Vietnamese though, I believe the stores are all owned by Chinese/Vietnamese, but you'll get your fix. It ain't San Gabriel though, as you'll see people of all sorts shopping in the Chinese markets and Mandarin isn't that common (more cantonese i think).

Stockton blvd is the street where everything is. Go along the 50, exit on stockton... i think something like that.

Locke's in the middle of the triangle of Stockton, Sacramento, and Concord. Its pretty much near nothing.
