I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
I tested it out on my arm. It bled. Ow...
[EDIT: oh, but it tastes good.]

I think it's just like the wax idea. Grip the hair and rip it out from the roots. I tried waxing my legs once and not only did it hurt like hell but there were some ingrown hairs, so I ended up having to buff my legs slightly.
I just use a razor for the parts that need to be bald. You know what's crazy? Ever hear of a Brazilian wax? OMG, they use wax to pull every hair out of the crotch! O-U-C-H. I'd be afraid my crotch would be pulled away with the wax and be stuck to the cloth.
My sis says the Venus razor is awesome but I like Silk Effects because of the wire rapped around the razors. Not too into the shave creams but there are some 'natural' product lines I'd like to try like Jason's.

Been there, done that, got the T-shirt.
Wax sucks 'cuz it's too messy. Lately I've just been plucking. *Waits until the looks of disgust and pity pass* ...It's like plucking your eyebrows. It only hurts the first time. It's a huge pain in the ass though. It takes forever.

Ow. So how did it go? That's if you wanna share. I don't think the plucking thing is disgusting. What makes a razor so much more natural? Must make you pretty flexible though. :)

Shaving grows back too fast.. and it grows back all stubbly. If you pluck, it takes forever, but it grows back in all soft and fuzzy instead of stubbly and prickly. I find that the prickliness was like.. totally itchy and uncomfortable. Shaving is good htough, when I'm in a rush or whatever, but then I always go back and pluck later. You have to like rotate patches so that you don't get stuck plucking everything at once. It's faster that way... LOL i've developed a system.

I need to try that plucking idea. I have way too much time on my hands anyway.
What about shaving cream?! I love that passion fruit scented crap. Lol I was so brain washed by the commercial.

It has something to do with her daughter, who tried it out first. I heard about it on the radio.
This might sound gross, but I only shave during the summer. :P

she made it for her daughter cuz the girl had reallie hairy arms and was embarrassed. i use nads when im getting ready to go on road trips, camping, or vacation cuz i dont wanna mess with razors. i will NEVER get used to the pain. its not like im beating the floor screaming but i will never adjust to how much it hurts. its not like ur eyebrows where it doesnt hurt after the first time or so.

My friend and I had to make a video for a project. And we kind of spoofed the Nad's commercial. We bought the stuff, tried it out, made jokes. It was fun.
But yeah. That stuff hurts. A lot. And it left this sugary residue.
I do agree though. It does taste good.

Eww, gross, I'm with you on that, girl. I can't even sleep under the covers in shorts with stubbly legs. It just feels all prickly and gross!!! I'm the kinda girl who shaves her legs every day and checks to make sure they're perfect. I hate body hair. :gross: Strange. I only hate it on me, though. S'ok if my boy has some.
