How the hell did she get her own show? I'm convinced of the following:

1) she can't sing
2) she ain't hot
3) she ain't cute (although she tries to be in every damn show)

So why do I watch the show? I have no clue. The Jessica Simpson show amuses me and her little sis' show follows it up. I really should just change the channel, but I'm a lazy ass.
So anyhow . . . I just need me a successful sibling so that I can ride their coattails, huh ?

she's got her own show cuz of her sister. this chick is so boring, and she kinda looks like trailer trash, but tries sooooo damn hard to be cute and funny. she can't sing. at least her sister has talent and yeah i do occasionally catch Newlyweds...

The magic of marketing. It's a no-brainer she'd be #1 this week -- weak-ass competition too... Jimmy Buffet???

Marketing machine creates reality show several weeks before album release, with ramp-up the 3 weeks before. Her single is leading the media assault on the radio, with a lead time of 6-8 weeks to build up hype for the album. The girl is NOTHING. Name any other potential up-and-comer who gets a solo reality show before the album drops. To her credit though, she was an actress first... so I suppose not too much different from JLo.
