yesterday i went to help my friend outa a precarious situation

my friend phoebe got into a wicked accident and totalled her car. Please all who know me and those also who know her pray for her. Her car was totally destroyed and technically she should be dead based upon impact speed and damage to frame. she has only liability insurance and has to know figure out what to do. they need to sell the wreck which is still ok mechanically. And praise god shez basically unhurt minus sum cuts, back hurting, bruises and whiplash. If u can offer up encouragment or a word of prayer for her much appreciated.

please praise god for her safety and surviving and please ask God to help her family as they just lost a 20k car and arent in the best financial shape. Lift her up. k?

sorry to hear..my thoughts and prayers...

but I think if she found a good lawyer it may help her to win some money out of it. Tell her to try and find a corrupt Asian lawyer, they seem to work for my friends.

yah man, the most important thing is that she walked away with minimal injuries.

edit: I know it's gonna be a pain dealing with insurance companies. I just got mine settled after some old lady totalled my car awhile back. I know it sounds cheesy and trite, but I'm glad your friend is aiiright.

isn't she in the hospital right now? I've had whiplash from an accident before. These type of things don't always show up immediately. Shock, etc.

she needs to get to a chiropractor or at least seek some professional attention/advice ..... those pains can leave permanent damage if left untreated.

1)Get her eyes checked by an opthomologist. The initial airbag going off leaves some residue. You might need a professional to examine it, might be some residue still in there and needs to be flushed. Bro i repeat Do not flush it, herself She might get an infection or a tear doing that. After she gets her eyes flushed, she might need to go on antibiotic eyedrops.

2)Like HH and johnny said might be mild whiplash, go see a doctor. It might get worse as time goes on. He/she might suggest a MRI to be safe (I am suggesting this, because I didn't exam her, just trying to give you everything from what you're telling me).

Bottomline bro, tell her to go to the hospital.
Don't want to scare ya, but just trying to be safe.

You don't wanna take your chances, especially spine, neck and eyes; no matter how small it may seem. Be a pity to miss something so small after a huge car accident. Lemme know.

edit: the irritation of the eye, might be because she flushed it herself and might have infected it or possible a mild scratch in the sclera (the white area of your eye) possibly.

it good to here she's alright...long time i haven't caught up with you wil. sorry to hear that it had to be something like this that dragged me out of my isolation. i hope she gets better, a car crash does do allot of damage to your body, its always a long term effect and she might still be shaky now. and for a bit of time afterwards, my best advice is that she shouldn't drive yet.

sammye ur totally right on that one, the cuts and bruises are the simple stuff, the force of impact she definitely is gonna have sum long term problems like her back and neck. for the frame to bend like that its amazing she isnt a pancake. honestly i worry bout her mostly psychologically...theirs alota fear and hurt involved w/ trying to deal w/ family and the fear of driving itself.
