State from one to any number of things important to you that you've wanted to do, are doing or will do but haven't done that you can commit to and get done by the next two-three days, weekend, short vacation, etc., etc...then come back and report the status of your goals, whether accomplished or not accomplished.
The purpose of this thread is to improve your world or yourself, in your way, in baby steps and in a fun manner where your online community gets to support you. Or take you down. Let's go!
For me:
1) I've had two stories I wanted to complete last week. I'll do it this week. Tao, if you're reading this, yes, they're erotica!
2) Hiroshi gave me a really nice idea for another story. I'll script a framework for it this weekend.
3) Finish taking my throwaway CDs, VCDs, books, clothes and other useless crap clogging up my cell of an apartment to the Salvation Army joint in my hood. I started at the beginning of May as part of my spring cleaning endeavors and slacked off on it midway thru the month.
4) See at least two movies that aren't Hollywood related and which will contribute to my artistic growth and stimulate my imagination: "Dogville" and "Springtime in a Small Town."
5) Call this girl who my friend is trying to set up a blind date with me for, even though she didn't return the e-mail I sent her ass five days ago. I don't need a relationship, I just like being around women. And having "dates" give me a good excuse for checking out new restaurants that are more fun to dine in as a couple.
6) Rip some CDs for my friend Hiroki who hooks me up on the regular at his joint. He needs new music and I've been promising him shit for the longest time.
I hope to do: 5 of the above 6 by: Tuesday, May 25

Hiroshi...LOL
I was referring to the one post you did describing how this girl let you feel her big boobs for a dollar...but that island shit has some DEFINITE possibilities!
anywayz...here's my results:
1) Didn't even get a chance to touch my laptop to write except for playing iTunes and Civilization while doing laundry.
2) See above.
3) I cleared about four bags of old crap and junked it on over to the S.A. up the street. Tossed old mags and newspapers to the curb. My hallway is clear again and I have reclaimed space I didn't know I had. Plus I scrubbed away 3 years of filth and grime on my windowsill and cleaned my linoleum floor. Waking up to a clean, sparkly space is so beautiful. I can bring a girl over without feeling self-conscious now. Har!
4) Because of laundry and cleaning, I missed out on checking out the movies at the showtimes I wanted to see them. I could've seen them at the last showtimes, but I can't do movies during my drinkin' and eatin' time. That's verboten.
5) Whoa! This went better than I expected. Let's just say she's living in a really nice apartment close to my office and her mother's gonna be in Japan for a month in June. Otherwise she would've invited me up. Ostensibly for a "drink."
6) I've been compiling tracks on iTunes for a while, but didn't sit down to burn 'em. Now that I think about it, I shoulda did that while doing laundry, but it was hot as fuck and I was already multitasking my body.
3 out of 3. Not so bad, but I can do better.
More minor goals for this week until Friday:
1) Get down to May Wah and get them $4 ji tuey fans for lunch. Taiwanese style rawks and I miss it.
2) Do more streamlining of unworn clothes to toss to Sal Army.
3) Layout some designs for t-shirts I've been dying to do for the longest time and been too lazy to execute. I'm tired of shopping for tees with stupid designs for ridiculous prices. I can do better.
4) Do the writing I meant to do this weekend.
5) Continue cleaning!
6) Get some plants to put on my newly cleaned windowsill!
1) Paint the entire interior of the house - Done!
2) Replace all carpet in the house - Done!
3) Buy a Weber Genesis Silver B - Done!
4) Pack all belongings - To be completed by Friday
5) Move into house - To be completed by Sunday
I'm tired.

1.) To go 4 days without cursing someone out or feeling the need to.
I've been trying to do that for 4 years but I could never make it.

Is this a love interest? If so, don't delay!!!

Yeah I guess you could call it that. Mission not accomplished. I smiled and gave her a hug (but no phone #). If I'm lucky, maybe we could end up hanging out over the summer (mutual friends).
Today was the last day of school. It's so depressing. Next year (senior year) will be the beginning of the end. Damn.
On the flip side, I won $16 playing spades today
