my roommates' abilities to waste electricity is nothing short of amazing. they always leave the lights on several rooms that they do not occupy. and tonight when i came home, the air conditioning was set at 65 degrees - and they weren't home.

My roommate during my freshman year is a pig. He's a pot-head. He's a drug dealer. His friends he invites into his room are even worse. They tried to make my year a living hell. They made the room smell like ass all year round (the room literally smelled like ass during the last day).

And depending where you're from he's Korean.

after living with 4 girls in college that were very careful with conserving energy, i get very annoyed now when ppl leave the lights on in rooms that they're not even in. that or leave the computer on all night while they're sleeping. leave the t.v. on when they're not watching. etc.

I had a roommate that.. (oh gee..where to start?)

--- got exteremly upset because she wasn't invited to the 'get together' we were having when she came back from a class. -- It was a meeting to plan a huge event.. everyone had been informed, including her... it was really nice coming back to my computer and seeing a nasty IM from her.
--- blamed me and my other roommate for not being home once when she left her keys at home..wait, why am i a bitch?
--- used my george forman grill to grill fucking digusting hotdogs..and not clean it..for over a week.. ugh.
--- mixed up my other roommate's dairy and meat dishes.. it was hard enough for her to keep kosher in a non kosher kitchen..ugh.
--- snooped through my shit while i was IN the room...my soultion..locks on everything.
--- got upset at my other roommate, called her all kinds of names for taking a ride with her EX-boyfriend.
--- play all day, play all night, come home at 2am stay up all night to do work and get pissed at me for taking naps because i 'get to sleep so much'... and complain to me about how much work she has to do with her 12 credit course load.. gee.. i guess i should have died from my 15+ credit loads.
--- leave me at the meeting after agreeing to give me a ride because she thought she was left out 'again'... I went up to talk to the kid that had my stuff so i could get it back.. it was nice walking back to my apt in the icy cold rochester weather.
--- getting bitchy and wanting to leave after she had agreeed to go along on a dinner.. why the fuck did you come if you don't have the time. (by this time.. my roommate and i didnt want to invite her to anywhere..but did invite her because if we didn't.. we'd have to deal with her 'i'm always left out' bs.


there's so much more, i've blocked out most of the shit. Thanks to my school's idiotic policy on housing, no roommate can move out unless all roommates agree and sign the form..so I was stuck with this idiot for 3 years.. I was friends with her freshman year..bit of sophmore year but after that.. downhill.

omg. i know about that. i didn't even know that happened till this year. i didn't know what it was till the this semester when i saw a trickle of blood running down the backside of the seat. then i put two and two together and figured that the rest of the nastiness on there was dried blood. :eek:

my roommates hardly ever do dishes or cook. one of them gets kinda moody sometimes and takes it out on the rest of us. one of them leaves shit laying around all over the place even though she's hardly here. one of them is kinda self-absorbed.

one of them is kind of attractive which has led to a pseudo-real world drama type situation in our household.

My roomate never allowed me any freedom at all. I could not use the phone without permission, or the internet! And I even had a curfew! Eventually I got kicked out and now I have my own place. I'll never live with my mother ever again! :biggrin:

Lessee...my first roommate was my gf at the time. She was kuu. No complaints as a roommate...sex and all. :biggrin:

K is kuu. Just needs to keep his room clean and turn off the lights/computer/TV when he's done.

L didn't say much while he lived in the living room. So no probs from him. But it was fucking J that caused all the trouble. Smelled like shit cause he refused to shower with soap and rarely showered. He also left the living room a fucking mess. Everything he had smelled like ass. He also keeps bringing his gf over w/o letting us know. The girl practically lived with us. Like having a 4th roommate that didn't pay rent. That and he was a real dick to her. Glad he moved the fuck out cause I made his life a living hell by letting him know I think he stinks and is a complete fucking idiot that should go to hell. :mad:
