Diversity inc (http://www.diversityinc.com/) recently ran a list of the top companies for different minority groups.
Since Diversity Inc is paid subscription only, the nearest thing I could find to a complete list of Asian American choices comes from a Notre Dame article:

Any surprises?I think Notre Dame is a very bad source to look for companies that would recruit Asian Americans. First, it's an extremely (well at least compared to the schools I've attended) small school. Second, it's in an area with a dearth of Asians. Third, the school is no expection either, as it has a miniscule percentage of Asians, this is especially pronounced considering ND's high ranking. Judging by that website, I am guessing that top 10 list is not from the article, but the top 10 choices that "recruit" at Notre Dame. Also, it is noticeably lacking in some type of date stamp.

OK.
Which reminds me -- I read somewhere else where Asians are a majority of the workforce of the gaming industry.
