I think that the appeal is how they look... not necessarily how they feel since adding the implants don't really improve that area.

And sure there are 'good' implant jobs as well as 'bad' ones. Personal taste run in the normal range... so 36DD is probably what I would consider a 'bad' boob job. And if the gals are happy with it then all the more power to em (not that they should need it to feel good about themselves).

I personally haven't had much experience on the tactile sensation of breasts with saline/silicone implants so I can't really comment on how 'good' they might feel. The few I have felt are 'different'... and slightly artificial.

And fun to play with? Well I tend to think you can do more with the bigger sizes, but once again my experience is limited. :P

from friends who have gotten it, i've heard that your boobs are set very high--like close to your shoulders--when you first get them. then they gradually fall to breast level. also, b/c the skin is stretched, it's very shiny and plastic-looking. my friend believes this is why it is called plastic surgery.

i bet it hurts. i cannot stand pain.

i don't know anyone personally who has had a boob job, but when I went to this show in Vegas, this ditzy "barbie" woman dancing in this high heel shoe (yes ON a life-size high heel shoe) definitely had implants. It was the stupidest performance I had ever seen. I thought, what the hell, it's Vegas. People do topless shows all the time. That was the first and last topless show I attended. Anyway, when this woman was upside down, you can see where the incisions are under her boobs. There were three indents/dimples under each of her boobs. I rolled my eyes and laughed at how the audience would find this appealing. :rolleyes:

I think most boob jobs are now done by inserting the implant through an incision under the nipple or the underarm, so no more scars.

As for myself, I've never been a fan of plastic anything. Fake just looks fake. Sure they're bigger, but we know you weren't born with 'em, so why bother?

hey if the woman feels good with a little breast augmentation it's fine. But like ayers said going from a 36A or B to a 36dd or anything monstrous I would question.

And btw post-op and recovery is a pain afterwards just for having a bigger rack.

But to answer HH yeah there is such a thing as a good boob job (little or no scarring, desired shape and firmness) but it's mostly subjective. And HH boobs are fun to play with, regardless. But fake ones are just a novelty, yeah they're pretty to look at but I believe most men will miss the feel of natural ones as time goes on.

LOOKS:

generally looks very, very round and firm. if you are unfortunate enough (as 1/3 of women are) to experience capsular contracture, ur body starts rejecting the implant and forms a hard ridge around it and start sort of "crunching" it so that it starts to look REALLy round. if you're really having a bad experience, ur body will reject it so much u start forming scar tissue all around the inside and the capsular contracture gets so bad it hurts and starts to "crinkle" the implant and u have to get it removed.

TOUCHING:

hard to the touch. firm. not soft. correlative function is: the smaller the girl's body / frame and the larger the implant the harder it will feel. not soft like a natural breast. but hey, who needs to touch when u can look? i know the guys will disagree.

POST-OP:

sometimes they make noises at the beginning when they're getting settled. bloody bandages. girl won't be able to lift, bend, move . . . perform most any basic life function. someone will have to come over and feed her (as she can't raise her arms). some lucky person will get to wipe her ass when she goes to the bathroom. someone will have to bathe her. may appear lop-sided at first before they settle. very, very painful.

CONFIDENCE LEVEL:

generally boosts women's confidence level up a gazillion notches. (now that my dears is another topic thread altogether about women, breast size, and insecurity). a noticeable trend is for post-op women to start wearing trashier, much skimpier clothes.


so anyone still want one?


BOTTOM LINE:

i think implants are more fun to look at for a guy when it's not his girlfriend or wife. or alternatively, they're fun to look at / play with when u're a ignorant guy and u can't tell they're fake. not knowing is the biggest aphrodisiac of all....

Well, a dick-job is a functional enhancement, up to a certain point. I suppose if a girl had absolutely no boobs such that she couldn't arouse men, then a boob job could serve a similar "functional" purpose (more psychological, I'm thinking) but really...it's not quite the same. I really don't know how many men would jump at this...

What apparently happened was that one of her breast implants began to expand as the air pressure changed in the plane... as they forced the plane down, the implant popped. THat's why one was bigger than the other. :D

for a while she was trying to be all "good role-model-y" ... but then they showed her at a seventeen shoot bitching about how she wanted her pants to be lower and her top to end higher.

well i believed her at first when she said she was a virgin. then she moved in with justin and starting saying "no comment" insted of "yes." thats when i knew it was on. that was about the time she started dressing all slutty n stopped playing the little schoolgirl act. so... she's all good in my book.
