How often do you eat fastfood? Which fastfood joint makes your favorite french fry? Have you tasted McDonald's within the past couple of days?

I eat fast food like once a month. I prefer BK's over McD's.

Wendy's is my fav for burgers joints. Dig that $0.99 menu.

McD's has the best fries though.

My standard for food sanitation changed after Taiwan. So now I settle for hot-enough-to-kill-the-nasties as good enough.

I'm not too concerned with the fat in them because I don't eat them enough for it to be a problem. But did you hear about the undisclosed beef flavoring thing in India - they sued McDonalds. That was kind of a crappy thing to do to Hindus. Some exec dropped the ball on that one.

i used to eat fast food but now i realised how dirty the food can be. the people working there cannot simply be trusted. i seemed to remember some other poster stating that restaurant food (though i'd rather eat in restaurant than bk or mcd) is'nt too clean and i have to agree on that one. the cleanest and healthiest food you can eat is fresh home cooked. if i do eat out then i'm gonna have to buy a wrapped sandwich flavored mexican or somethin'
So long as I don't get sick and it tastes yummy, ignorance is bliss when it comes to the cleanliness of the food I eat.

I eat fast food maybe once or twice a week (once as a meal, once as a post-partying snack). Favorite fast food fries? McDonalds has the best fries as long as their done right. Overcooked (and therefore too crunchy) fries just don't cut it for me. I haven't tasted 'em in the new oil yet. In-N-Out, while unconventional, are really good if you're in the mood for 'em (they taste like spongy potato chips for those not in the know).

Jack is the bomb after a night's festivities (not to mention pretty much the only place still open). And talk about variety of food! :P My usual pick is the Jack's Spicy Chicken w/ Cheese.

Yes, a bit on the squishy side is perfect. Nothing I despise more than a McD's fry that's crispy throughout.

New oil doesn't mean less calories, but it does decrease the amount of the saturated and trans-saturated fats.

saturated fat: 17g as opposed to 20.7g.
trans-saturated fat: 16g rather than 30g.
*based on small order of McD's fries.

Processed foods aren't good for you. Eat oatmeal, grapes and soy beans. Haha. JK. ;x

Johnny, don't be a goddamn whore. Stop trying to act like Johnny Bravo. Really, he isn't all that suave/slick/sly. Don't take this personally, even though it IS pretty personal. People don't like it when you're always ME_ME_ME. You can only do that in moderation, with friends who know that you have ego trips but will accept and stand by your side regardless of that fact. Who CARES who ate curly fries with buttermilk sauce first? Karizma surely does not give two shits about it. If you want props for thinking you were first, then just say so. Once again, I'm sorry this is so straight forward and blunt. No harm intended.

--AHHHHH!!!

Out of all the Californians here I haven't heard one mention of 'In and Out'... I wonder why that is? Do you guys not like their delicious '4x4 animal style' or their fresh cut fries? Are they so good that theyre not considered fastfood? I must confess, that I don't go as often as I would like, but it's definitely the king of burgers in my book.

And what about Roberto's (or variations thereof - alberto's , etc) that have greasy Mexican food all night... gotta love the California burrito with fries in it.

Anyhoo, CSB, tell Chris to drag your butt to In n' Out if you haven't been there before. Better than white castle and any of those other east coast joints.

--As far as frequency? I eat out almost every night and it's way too expensive... Not always fast food though.. probably 40% fastfood
--Doesn't ketchup and mayo taste like French dressing or similar to Thousand Island?
--Ditto on the ranch/buttermilk... I love them on the fried zucchini from Carl'sJR or crisscut fries from Arby's.

I gave my In-N-Out shout out when I casually commented on the potato-chip flavored spongy fries!=)

Back in the day, I used to just get two double doubles, animal style 'stead of the 4x4. The meat to bread and veggie ratio on the 4x4 just seemed insanely high.=) In-N-Out burgers are good though. I treat myself to one probably once every month or so.

Sometimes, i go to McDonald's ONLY because the boy I do therapy for LOVES chicken nuggets and french fries. When he's hungry, all he mands for are those items.... very picky eater. Anyway, because he's autistic, I try not to go to another restaurant in the mall because I have him with me. If I do go to another restaurant, his level of patience may go out the door. =) If you didn't know, autistic children have little impulse control. =) I avoid McDonald's at all costs unless that child mands for it. If I do eat there, I usually purchase the fish fillet. Other than that, the only fastfood joint I go to is called Fazoli's. It's a fast food italian place where I buy baked spaghetti parmissan (can't spell) and lemon ice with strawberry topping. I'd rather eat that than a burger and fries. Once in a blue moon, I'll have pizza, but I'm primarily a health nut. I hardly eat meat, except maybe fish if that counts. I had chicken last night in fact, but that's the last time I remember eating meat in awhile. We don't have In-and-Out in St. Louis, but I had it when I was in L.A. It was pretty good, but I'm not a burger fan.

most of my fast food runs are for fries, ice cream, pizza, or shakes. i like mcdonalds sundaes and ice cream cones. wendys has reallie good frostys. and pizza...i eat too much of it. why pizza and not burgers? i dont like the meat patties at the fast food joints.

I gotta admit, it is greasy. But it still is better. Come on. You can't resist fried chicken drowned in tabasco sauce.
