1) ditch his friends on a whim to go spend time with his girlfriend? no problem. they only get together to play dungeons and dragons because they can't get laid.

2) don't understand sports? no problem. he doesn't understand sports either. he doesn't even like sports.

3) other women? no problem. other women aren't attracted to him.

please add to the list...

No #4. Bad number.

5) They'll study anatomy and sex like it's a freaking computer program and engineer for optimal performance

6) They're cute as hell :)

edited to say Hello Hapa *highly* endorses nice guys, geeks and dungeons n' dragons nerds to the ladies (and some gents! *wink to Chris*) out there.

but geeks don't shower.

10) Geeky guys are like fixer-uppers. They may look like shit under their thick-ass glasses, with their fucked up haircuts, wearing their free Intel t-shirts that they picked up at the CES, but take 'em to a hair stylist and throw on some designer digs and you've potentially got yourself some arm candy!

And, Kasia, where did you pick up the stereotype of geeks not showering??

Well it's not like jocks are better. Their locker rooms smell like barns.

Oh yeah, did I ever mention one of my college jobs was to work out in the men's locker room and drink free beer on work study hours? Great job, that.

one time, a few friends and i went out to a club. one of them was a true geek that i've known since high school.

ok first let me explain. there are true geeks, then there are hulk-like geeks that have geeky alter-personas that bust out once in a while (like me), then there are the wannabe geeks that want to be geek chic but unfortunately can never live up to the meaning of geek.

well one of my true geek friends came to visit one time, and we took him out. we were at this club and we saw these couple of girls sitting at a table and one of them had these huge boobs. so we dared my friend to go over and ask if they're fake. and without saying a word, he went over and asked "are your boobs fake?"

to our amazement, he did not get slapped, he did not get a drink splashed on his face, etc. in fact the two girls started talking to him. they asked him what he does, and he said, "i'm a computer nerd."

that was memorable. but he did not ask for their numbers. for the rest of the night we kept telling him that he should have.

Oh, I love 'em but they're husband hunting, you know? Lying in wait to capture an unsuspecting man so they can snare him and get to work on changing him, dig into the finances. *shudder*

I'm not a guy but I can pity them from a distance.

I know many many young ladies who are sneeering this route of not getting married until their 30s and then rushing things to find a sugar daddy who will support her finances etc.

It's all a load of BS and I'm fed up but what can I do? I have to keep on living and try to manipulate today's women or something of that sort.....

Now excuse me while I go crawl away into some dark and damp crevice to be by myself. *sniff*

on the topic of the subconscious mind.. a few years back, in a tv commercial, they had like ice cubes that floated around in a mug of beer that looked like the letter s-e- and x. you wouldn't notice it unless you tried to find it, but it was there. somethng like that. teacher talked about it yesterday. whenever you see the particular brand, your brain associates the name with s-e-x, blah blah blah.

but why would someone try to find the letters s e and x in the shapes of the ice cubes?
