Two members (i can't remember who i am afraid) are using these smileys.
I figured they were kinda cool so I whiped up higher res version of them just for the hell of it.

Whoa...how did you get the resolution so clear?

I traced them in adobe illustrator then saved them out as jpgs.
Artwork created in Illusrator scales up and down really well.
