Don't forget the packaged chopsticks and the plastic utensils they give you when you order take out that you don't use.

McDonald's ketchup and Kikkoman soy sauce packets are convenient for when you have obento, though.
Do you knot your plastic bags and toss 'em into another paper bag? That's kinda space consuming, so you should fold them nicely. It saves space. :)

Hahaha wow.
And don't forget the napkins from the takeout places too!
Oh god, this is not going well for me either.

I must be frugal as well because my glove compartment has tons of fast food napkins... ;)
If you can't blow your nose with a rough napkin, you'll learn...

i'm not that good about saving things. my mom is a total pack rat and im the exact opposite -- forever giving things away or tossing them. it gets on my nerves now because every time i clean my room and set aside some bags to throw/give away she pulls em back out and goes through the items.

My mom has all that stuff. But it's very handy. Sauce packets, plastic utensils (which I use 95% of the time because metal scratching on glass is not very appealing to me), plastic bags, all that.

Ooh!
I horde plastic bags and utensils! I also have restaurant napkins galore.
I'm not big on collecting condiments, though.

I need help OMG if you weren't hapa I'd be asking "Are you my mom!!!????"
but hmm my mom tends to be a bit neater and less...packrat-ish cause she's extremely smart about what we actually use and whatnot.
That's why I'd be very afraid of how my mom would run the country. She cuts all unnecesssary costs and wastes nothing not even space. And she's clean at it, which is rare for asians families.
edit: afraid as in I wouldn't be able to recognize the country after she's through
plus she's a control freak so she'd be a dictator...
