Does your place of business have a website that's pretty decent, or looks like it was pasted together with...well..cut and paste techniques? Ours is ok, though we could do better.

Our unclassified is lame. The classified one is a lot more fun.

My job has a very clean website for external clients. Except all the corporate press releases we put up there have impossibly cheesy titles.

E-commerce sites in HK tend to be very badly organized. You have to go through 3 or 4 unintuitive links if you want to find the branch locations/opening hours of their physical stores. e.g. for Park n Shop, it's under "Customer Service" ...

Not to mention, a lot of them seriously overuse special effects. In general, I try very hard to avoid patronizing businesses which have only Shockwave versions of their websites, or force you to wait through long and stupid Shockwave introductions before you can go into their site. (For some reason, the above category includes half the Japanese language schools in Hong Kong).

Our company is a start-up of 1 year and currently doesn't have a functioning website for certain legal reasons. However we're working it out and in the meantime completely redesigning our company's Visual Identity System, because our current one really sucks!

Here's the website though of the company we (me and the founders of the company) all used to work for- www.boyden.com. It's not very exciting, but gives people and idea of what we do.

EDIT- Damn, now that I look at it again, our old company's website is really crappy! Reminds me of why we left.

Most law firms have splash pages.

I work for the public sector and the website we have is run by a Content Management System - making my life as a copying and pasting dude..... ¬_¬

However the appearance of it is very neat and clean.

Yes, the dweebus in the upper left corner is my awesome boss.

God, our site is so ooglay. It's basically Lakeland Mortgage's site. I blame them for the ugliness.
