What kinds of foods do you like to eat at BBQs? We're having one at my house tomorrow and I have to make a couple dishes. Any suggestions? It can be any type of dish. Main dish, dessert, anything.

Nuthing beats a good porterhouse on the grill!

My gf is tinkering around with these receipes from emeril off the net:

The hot sauce fried chicken looks off the hook.

It also depends on how many heads are coming to your BBQ. Cooking for mass quanities is tiring.

Mmmmm, kalbi!!

Also corn on the cob, wrapped in foil with garlic butter and left on the grill tastes great.

So far, there are around 25 heads accounted for. :/

I have to go to work from 10:45- 2:45 or so. I'm gonna tell my manager that I need to leave early to go to a family funeral. This BBQ thing was very last minute. Ohh well.

I like barbecueing. The key to good steaks is to not touch 'em. Don't flip them too many times. :) That's what this chef guy said when he came onto The View.

if we're doing this asian style, you should get some korean bbq, some kimchee, and some gim-bab! :D

but corn on the cob's always nice... and so is anything with potatoes? and watermelon for dessert!!! hahaha

A BBQ isn't a BBQ with out some spicy foods like chili or spicy wings...
Some alcohol, you know gotta have some drank... :D (oh and fruit is good)

Going to throw in BBQ Duck :) Yummy i swear the Chinese are the only group that can do duck right hehehe
