Hey wylin, is there such a thing as an M8? I could have swore that I saw some hot new car that sort of looked like an M3 but cooler. Someone told me it was an M8. When I went back to my dealer I didn't see anything on the lot.

Beamer is my version of bimmer. I freely admit I don't know shit about cars other than I like them really fucking fast. Motorcyles, at least I have a shot there.

yah there is its called an Z8

actually its a large 5 series based coupe series called the 6-series. It will be a revival of the large german coupe.

Also there will be a 630ci (3.0 I-6), 645ci (4.5 v8), and m6 (v10) the current 5 series will be replaced in mid model year w/ a new generation 2004 5-series. with the 2.5 liter I-6. 3.0 liter I-6, 4.5 liter V8 initially then 1 year wait for new model w/ Motorsports/ "M" V10.

along w/ rest of the 6 series. M cars arent really major money makers and BMW needs to subisidize M models typically w/ many bread and butter models to cover the cost of developement of M models. The m3 cost 150-175 million to develope i doubt the last 2 yrs of sales have even covered that huge cost. Especially w/ the motor problems the US m3 models have been having.

ya amy im agreeing w/ u just the 6 series is a 2 door next gen 5 series!

You know they're supposed to have a car out that's supposed to have hearst-like doors that open in the middle and swing outwards?

beats me i dont pay attention to concept scetchs and such it has to be shown at a show or a spy shot ie it has to be a real deal thing. thankfully i live in torrance and see alota nissan, honda, and toyota prototype cars (my cute friend who lives down the street who works for toyota usa marketing is also helpful for seeing new stuff)
