Looking at your reflection

Are you the kind of girl that always looks at your reflection???
Do you always look at yourself in the mirror???
Or when you walk past a window do you try to catch yor reflection???

I always look at reflection when I pass by windows and mirrors. But I don't make my looking-at-myself-often that obvious. I don't pull out a mirror while out with friends. Maybe once in a while, but not all the time. That can get really annoying, especially on a date. You're sitting there having a chat, and then suddenly the other person keeps whipping out the mirror and staring at themselves or even worse, fixing their makeup every 5 minutes, or even more worse, making run on sentences like the one I'm making right now that should stop just about right now.

i'm like that too. I don't look in mirrors and i don't carry one, but when i use to wear braces i would ask like my close friends if i had anything in my teeth. Sometimes they would mess with me and tell me i did when i didn't, that was just cruel <_<

I've found that Americans (you know what I mean) like really small, slanted eyes and of course we all know what Asians prefer. That's why Lucy Liu's look fits perfectly in America, I think.

What I don't get is why I always see Lucy Liu in the Chinese papers. Those free ones they give out in America and also Taiwan newspapers. I assume because she's a big name Chinese-American celebrity.

That's weird. The non-Asians I know seem to fall for the big slanted eyes. I don't know. It's different for everybody anyway. I happen to really like my eyes too. I just don't like my big lips. On occasion, people tell me I'm lucky to have "pouty" lips but I'd rather mine to be a bit slimmer. The baby fat on my cheeks bugs me too.

i dont like looking in the mirror unless i absolutely need to do touch ups on hair or my makeup. otherwise, i tend to avoid glancing at myself. i especially dont like looking at myself while other people are around. if im gonna stare at my reflection id rather be by myself. too self conscious.

Does anyone else but me think that Lucy Liu looks cross-eyed?

I'm not trying to knock her or anything. I have mixed feelings about her accomplishments as an actress. I just can't get over the fact that her eyes look funny to me.

I'm with you on that one. I don't love or hate my reflection (face) but I only look at myself if I need to (ie: put on makeup). Otherwise I'll either avoid reflective surfaces or pull faces when I catch myself. People must think I'm nuts lol. As for a quick full body glance, sure, but that's just to make sure I'm not leaving a trail of toilet paper in my wake and that my fly is done.

i hate looking at myself in the mirror. i think the only times that i do look is when i can't avoid it, i.e in the bathroom, or when i'm dressing/fixing my hair. it's kind of depressing getting compared to a sibling who's way better looking than you.

I look at my reflection only after I eat something that easily gets caught between my teeth and are visible...like brownies or anything green. =) I don't look in my reflection and tell myself, "Oh, who's that girl!" :lol:
