how often do you guys hit the gym? work-out at home? etc. etc.

share your work-out routine!

I don't have enough money to hit the gym, so I work out at home. In one day:
- 200 side crunches
- 100 crunches
- 100 bicycle crunches
- 100 squats
- The occasional 100 leg lifts (I only do these once or twice a month because they kill)

wow, you do more crunches a day than britney spears :)

I try to go to the gym every day or every other day. Usually I stay for and hour and a half or two hours. Sometimes I go twice a day. Once in the late afternoon with my dad for an hour, then later at night around 9 or 10, with my mom.

I like the elliptical a lot. I try to stay on that for at least 30 min as soon as I get there. Then I do the abench thing for situps/crunches, and whatever else. I like sitting in the sauna after exercising. It's really relaxing even though it's 170 deg.

I work out at the gym twice a week during the weekdays. On Saturday and Sundays, I swim for about an hour. At the gym, I work the back, the triceps, biceps, and the quadriceps. I like to do 3 reps of 100 bench presses (using a 100lb weight). On my back, I go up to 90 lbs; for my arms, I use 30 lbs and work up to 40 lbs. On the weekends, I work on my abs. I do about 2 reps of 100 sit ups each morning. At the gym, I work out in the evenings. C'est tout! (That's all)
