not to be mean, but CrX3183's green CRX avatar pix w/ a wild kit/conversions and a girl on its hood kinda makes my list as sorta ricey conversion (not as offensive to me as s14 front end on a integra or civic) tho Its not to my taste , but i can see he did alota of work making the car look unique and painting it a different color. and doing the accord headlights. i dont jest on him putting so much effort into it but, i wanna understand the mentality of making a car so different lookin.

I feel like that much work should be put into the engine and that all that extra stuff makes the car kinda slower. big wings and wild aerokit makes car pretty slow. I wanna hear from people who like that style of conversion and wild kits idealogy why do they do so much and why is that popular. Versus doing sum major motor work or like going w/ a less aggressive japanese made kit?

And man sum civic w/ mad ass kit and like 12 tv's and blue ghost flames tried to run me yest, dude wat the hecks up w/ that fast and furious but is in reality slow and timid look?

worse thing is cheapo knock off or american made kits that fit like crap. those things signify rice more then anything.

JDM kits for japanese cars and Euro kits for euro cars nething else sucks ass.

well my big reasons ie my opnion

1. conversions never fit Perfectly nor do ever go w/ the lines of the car, the one u see on the RED car is made by my friends they mass produce conversions in China and America.
2. because they never fit right they take hundreds if not thousands of dollars to fit.
3. to make tail light conversions and also some ill fitting kits fit u need bondo if u read over mrazntres bonda article to understand wat bondo is and why it should not be used.
4. these factors along w/ not being aerodynamically tested makes it a poor choice.

who says what nice or not magazines do because they are how the advertisers show readers what and what isnt hip or in.

and finally show b4 go is weak cars are made to be driven not drooled at. they are made to be driven and used everyday or raced hard.

this is an oppionion tread. my tastes are obviously different. Also if i had to dictate whats rice a majority of cars would be. Mrazntres junk mr2 inclued!

on one end what you claim defeats the purpose of electric cars. Since they are not fast in your book then I guess they are not cars huh? So why do manufacturers make them and why would people spend a little more to afford them?

On the other hand, in the case of expensive sports cars like lamborginis, ferraris, etc. such cars are fast but not driven everyday and are instead garaged and kept in show car condition. So I guess they are not cars in your book also.

An economy car stock isnt fast but its driven thus its a car, a exotic car is driven once in a while thus it is a car. i guess sumone needs to take reading comprehension classes. the 2nd part of the sentece says or raced hard that would include exotic cars since most are atleast driven hard. but this is beside the point.

my point is i hate slow showy cars whose owners think they are racers oir what not w/ their latest black widow 3000 kit, Silvia head lights w/ Xenon 7000k lights, altezza's or whatever they cal them taillights, slammed to groud tenzo coil overs, orange and white interior, crazy ICE, neon lights, flaming yellow paint job, 500lb of bondo and for their motor has intake and Valley Muffler special dual dynomax mufflers w/ 150mm tips. i hate seeing shit like that rev me up thinking it has 50hp from exhaust and intake. sickens me.
