Gasoline is expensive, isn’t it? But not so expensive that it’s burning a hole into your wallet. Would you shell out an extra 20 cents per gallon for someone to pump your gas and clean your windshields for you?

Hells no. Why do that when you can just pay some panhandler to clean your windows for like $.50 or a buck?=) I actually like cleaning my windows though.

What's a panhandler?

Squeegying windows is a skill.

I can't even think of too many places that offer full-service. To me (living in SoCal) it seems silly to pay extra for someone to pump gas for me. But it might make more sense in places where it gets *really* cold/rainy or even snow stormy (okay, I sound like a wuss, but I'm not into discomfort - even temporarily). But then again I wouldn't even attempt to drive in snow stormy weather.

Nah, I just posted this cus I was wondering if in general, people would pay for it. What if instead of 20cents per gallon, it were a flat fee, like $1-2?

not worth it amie. it adds up. every dollar it does. i don't think you'll have a really good idea of how spending a little money here and there adds up to spending alot of money until you're fully financially independent. you've got to draw the line somewhere and tighten your purse strings on all the little things that are not worth spending money on.
