Inventing, Designing and Dealing with Overseas Manufacturers

Does anyone here have any experience with manufacturers overseas? (China or Taiwan)

Where should I start looking? Where in China do they have a lot of factories?

I need a factory that does metal tube bending with some basic post machining and a sewing factory.

Any helpful tips?

If I knew of a place, I would ask you if your metal tubes need to be mandrel-bent or press-bent.

But I don't, so I won't. =)
