Best or personal favorite CGI character

I'm sure kittygirl will promptly move this thing if it should be in entertainment, so I'm taking my risks and posting it here for now. With computer generated characters being the norm nowadays, do you have one that you like the best, whether it be how realistic they look or their "personality?" I like Yoda from episode 2 and Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story. They just stood out to me for some reason.

It has to be Sully and Boo from Monsters Inc.

Reason, rendering an individual hair to be an individual character takes forever and with him having so many really shows hoe much time they put towards this animation, not to mention the duration of just rendering him.

Boo, the cutest of them all, how can no one like her, aww........

boo from monster's inc, the main character in finding nemo (nemo's dad... forget his name right now 'cuz i'm dumb) and the main character in final fantasy, just 'cuz that was some really great animation.

I would probably say Dr. Sid from Final Fantasy: The Movie. It's funny how much the Japanese animators made the character look so much like Donald Sutherland.

That Polar Express movie starring Tom Hanks turned him into a CGI character. That handlebar moustache makes him look like somebody's art teacher though.
