Channel 32 rented out a space on the fourth floor of the building I work in to conduct a short sale on Chinese VCDs and DVDs.

Just checked it out...hundreds and hundreds of different discs stacked on tables. Everything from Infernal Affairs III or The Twins Effect to classic kung-fu or Communist-era serial drama box sets. VCDs are selling 3 for $10 and DVDs at 3 for $20 (most of the selection is in VCD).

I think the sale ends this Sunday, the 4th.

I don't know how much shops usually sell these for, but my assumption is that they're offering pretty good deals as they're getting pretty good traffic purposely going up to the 4th floor of an office building to pick up discs.

Anyway...check it out if you want to pick up a slew of Chinese movies/TV shows...

4th Floor
3777 Stevens Creek Boulevard (between Saratoga Ave. and San Tomas Expwy)
Santa Clara

There's also a small exhibition and sale of Jun porcelain and antique furniture...

Thanks for telling me where you work
That's my new favorite place to lurk
It shouldn't be that hard
To find Stevens Creek Boulevard
You'll recognize me by my demented smirk.

You don't scare me. I've already instructed Building Security to keep on the lookout for a dude whose face is composed of punctuation marks and, should they spot such a character, to fuck his shit up with a giant bottle of White-Out.

White-Out won't do it, you see
I think you'd need Yellow-Out for me
You touch my punctuation
I'll demand compensation
And Kasia will sue all the green out of thee.

A sale? Blast, just my luck that there are no flights between Europe and America right now, on account of this mysterious security alert. All BA flights cancelled today, French flights cancelled for a couple of days ... what have you Americans been up to?
