FYI: to edit posts, you click on the post count number in the upper right corner. then, a box will pop up and in the bottom right corner is an edit button.

i must be a frikkin idiot, but i can't find the edit button still on the new box that pops up.

Nope. It's not just you. I think only the mods have the edit button. I let a mod log into my account and uhhh, yeah, I don't have an edit button either.

Edit post button goes away after 1 hour.

You can edit a post without it having an "edited" note, if you post before the next minute* (on the YW clock).

*or if an admin/mod?

i think people that have over
1,000 posts/mafias also don't
get the "edited" note. i'm not
sure about mods that have
under 1,000 posts.

Not sure what you mean, but I see it. It all probably depends on if you edit before someone reads your post or posts after your post.
