I get a full check up once every six months to a year. Yes, it includes the tests AB is referring to in question.

Mostly blood tests. Unless you have specific symptoms, then they do tests specifically for that disease.

2 months ago. I go every 3 months on the dot. Aww, what a good little nympho I am... :)

oh yes, and I insist on making sure my partner has also gotten checked or we'll use a condom or just not have sex.

my current is thrilled that im responsible for myself.

thinking about STDs is pretty scary. sometimes you don't even know they're there even if you [b:6240a24bc6]have[/b:6240a24bc6] been tested. it's a scary world out there. be careful!

Yup takes the fun out of one-night stands when you're in faraway places

On a more serious note, don't some countries require you to be tested for AIDS before allowing you entry? I remember seeing something like that on the application for Love Boat (or some similar program)

Yeah, for a Taiwan visa over 90 days you have to prove you are HIV negative. That must be what you're talking about since you mentioned Love Boat.

I don't get tested anymore (same partner) but I have had extensive tests, including HIV. I get my yearly gyno test done. When I first went for my Hep B immunity I was tested regularly for it and the antibodies.
