Other than that, I don't think I ever really saw them openly display any kind of affection. So sad.

Not at all. It's as if my mom was my dad's mom too. She nags and takes care of him like he's a little boy. I don't think moms get it on with their little boys.
At least they're not supposed to... DX

yep exactly why i just decided to be graphic its not like they were doin that thang w/ whips and chains and stuff. Tho it was just as disturbing cuz i didnt know wat that was an asumed my parents had sex only to make me and my brother.

i'm asking b/c i think it's commonly believed that asian parents don't show very much affection for one another, aren't in love, etc. very different from what's commonly believed about white parents.

however, maybe our parents are affection but b/c of this preconception, we don't notice it.

for example, crx3183's parents hold hands all the time. my parents used to kiss each other good-bye before they left for work in the mornings.

yeah same here. i think when they were younger they used to kiss goodbye in the mornings.

I think my parents were quite affectionate towards one another in front of us kids.. I've seen them hold hands.. kiss each other goodbye, hello..

And my parents are divorced now... but with their current partners.. they still have no problems showing signs of public affection amongst the family...
