Hey,
I've heard from my girlfriend that when girls masturbate...they get their period earlier than usual?
Is this true?
I don't know what she's talking about. Could some girls here explain to me what "quicker period" after masturbation mean?

I don't think there's any physical connection between masturbating and getting your period sooner... but I'm not a doctor so...

I think that's wrong and here's why.
If masturbation cause you to have a period earlier than usual, then constant masturbation would ultimately decrease the number of days bewteen successive periods. This means the frequency of periods will be more than once a month. And I've never heard of any woman having periods at frequencies higher than once a month.
I guess the other possibility is that masturbation can cause the initial period to come earlier than usual but even if the masturbation continues, the period cycle returns to normal.

Your folks' response cleared up some misconceptions.
However, I still do hear that girls get their period slightly earlier if they masturbate.
I was thinking that it deals with a correlation between hormone and masturbation.
However, when girl's have orgasms, do they lose hormones? I know when guys ejaculate, they lose a small amount of testosterone.
How about when girls' 'squirt'? Do they lose estrogen when they 'ejaculate'?

As shy said already, no, masturbation does not affect a woman's period. Don't use the idea of hormones as the factor, because it's not just estrogen that "governs" a woman's body.
